Ben Gil
Alas de Fe
La Paz, Bolivia

Ben and Carmen Gil with Pastors Cameron at Alas de Fe graduation ceremony.

Trinity Church and Ben Gil have a long history together in reaching the nations.  Following Bible School Ben answered the call upon his life by taking his old Dodge van, a borrowed tent, trailer, and folding chairs and going into Mexico preaching the Gospel with wonderful results.  In 1992 Ben obeyed the Holy Spirit and went to La Paz, Bolivia, the highest city in the world (12000+ ft.).  He arrived there with three suitcases, not knowing anyone or anything about Bolivia.  The Lord had spoken to a Methodist couple the night before about a missionary coming that they were to help.  That humble beginning has blossomed into a thriving full blown ministry that is reaching far beyond the borders of Bolivia.  http://www.wingsoffaithministries.org

Alas de Fe today consists of a new, modern Bible school, a new church facility and new missionary quarters for guests.  Satellite Bible schools are being planted each year.  Ben is truly an apostle to Bolivia as he ministers not just in the church and school, but is on television 7 days a week as well as radio.  These media “pulpits” reach the majority of the nation on a daily basis!  Ben is also in demand throughout South America as a speaker and preacher.
